RandCares, the philanthropic division of Rand Property Management, is actively working to contribute positively to the Knoxville, Tennessee community. Recently, the organization has initiated a project to build a playground in the vicinity of its managed properties. This effort aims to provide a space for children to engage in physical activity, aligning with RandCares’ broader mission to improve the quality of life in the areas it serves.

In a move to address other pressing community needs, RandCares has also formed partnerships with local organizations to combat child hunger. The charity is involved in organizing food drives and meal programs to provide essential nourishment to children in need. These initiatives are part of RandCares’ ongoing commitment to make a meaningful impact in the community,
